The teenager accused of killing a mother and daughter will also be in court for an arraignment.
Jose Sosa, 16, is accused of stabbing his next-door neighbor Lori Roundtree and her 16-year-old daughter Adrian Roundtree to death.
The two were found dead in their South Nashville apartment. In May, police arrested Sosa, an undocumented immigrant from Honduras. Police said Sosa had previously been deported from the U.S.
In July, a judge ruled that Sosa would be tried as an adult for the crimes.

This guy was ALREADY DEPORTED! I say give him the electric chair to make sure he doesn't come crawling back in.
