--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Today 10/10/06 5:50 PM, "I saw a Mex. constructor driving a truck stuck with a Mex. flag on the left and the USA flag upside down on the right side of the rear window. This constructor drove his car into the public high school Piedmont Hill, SJ, CA95132 to do the construction there.
I wonder why this Mexican shows no respect/ungratefulness to the nation, USA, that feeds his family, why did he bother to come here, the place he so contempts and hates as so much as does an al-Qaida?
To all the readers here, what should we do to prevent this disgusting behavior of this typical * Mexican!? Should we put the Mex. flag at the exhausting pipes of our cars? or go to the school office to complain the *'s insulting behavior?
we need to implement a law that punishes those Mex. * who perform any act/behavior to show their respect/loyalty to their Mex. country by showing their contempt/defacement to the USA flag, in such a case as the act of the Mex. bastarsd above! (many of Mex. are insulting the US citizens by putting the USA flag upside down beside the Mexican flag).
Those * putting the US flag upside down should be illegal immigrants or the * Reconquista, because all the US citizens have taken the oath to honor and protect the dignity of the U.S. flag at anytime, anywhere."

I WOULD DEPORT EVERY LAST ONE OF THEM. DON'T ASK QUESTIONS, JUST DEPORT. I DON'T CARE IF THEY CLAIM TO BE A CITIZEN. THEY MUST GO!

| butterbean, unfortunately many have been indoctrinated into the PC world today. Americans 30-40 years ago would never have allowed them to do that. Our government probably wouldn't have done anything about it because of freedom of speech but I know the Americans of yesterday would have taken care of it themselves. There are a lot of things that Americans wouldn't have tolerated years ago and not cared if they were called racists or not. Today Americans cower in a corner scared that they will be called racists instead of standing up for what is right and our country. Its really very sad how cowardly we have become. |

I will never forget the 1986 fiasco when illegal immigrants were granted a "one-time only" amnesty. It was like a horrible sunami. It was like, "who sent all these loud, obnoxious, people here?" They were everywhere, speaking in languages that no one understood or cared to. They were rude in stores by yelling, unruly kids would scramble under your feet, parents would shove or push in lines. It was a period I will never forget.
And I remember the PC crowd. They would say things like "cultural diversity is wonderful", or "let's all be tolerant and understanding to the new immigrant", or "we are a country of immigrants", or some other misleading statement. Now, the very same people that made those stupid remarks are regretting them. Haha, it serves them right. |

What a load of tripe! It is not disrespectful to fly the American flag upside down, especially during a protest. Look it up and see for yourself. Flying the flag upside down means the country is in distress. It's an S.O.S. sign. If this fool says he's taken an oath to honor and protect the dignity of the U.S. flag, then he needs to go over to the anti's who drape the American flag over their cars or drape them over the balcony, or worse yet, wear it as a face mask like those at immigrationwatchdog. That, dear friends, by the flag ettiquette code book, is more disrespectful to the flag. |

Funny, I don't remember any such things. What I do remember was the space shuttle that exploded and I also vaguely remember hearing about the 3 African-American's that were killed by a racist white mob up in New York or Maine or somewhere up there. |

iamme, How long have you been around anyway? If you can't recall the 1986 Amnesty Give-Away, you must have been really secluded. I don't recall a mob killing 3 Afro-Americans. Were you looking up stuff for 1986 on google again or something? Why does your mind always "lock-in" on racial stuff all the time? |

In 1986 I was preparing for the "illegal alien" invasion that never came. I was learning to make bombs, learning self-defense, and learning a safe escape route for when the "illegals" attacked. We were to toss our home made bombs at them. Stab them in the heart or split their throats, which ever was easier for us to do. We set up boobie traps in the forest, with storm fence wirings and sharp shipped glass so they could trap themselves and hopefully get cut and hurt. Ones in the pit we were to pelt them with rocks, hit them with sticks, or toss in gasoline and burn them alive. We had our little click and we practiced daily for this invasion of the creepy crawlers. Thankfully, no harm came of it, to my knowledge. Thankfully all it took to shake free of the hypnosis set about by the hysterical media of this illegal invasion was a look in the eyes of an undocumented girl about my age. We were young then, but we were brainwashed into all this melee about "illegal aliens" being bad, criminals, invaders, thugs, murderers, etc. that we took it into our young hands to "defend America". We were the next Timothy McVeighs, spurred by racial discrimination, and saved through our humble up bringings. We were poor then, but seeing how others had it worse than we did, allowed us to evaluate that sometimes a helping hand brings us up as opposed to denying hand bringing us down. My 5th grade teacher once said, be very careful when you point a finger of blame at someone. Remember there are four fingers pointing right back at you.

Actually I remember this because it was struck up in a conversation my parents had. My dad had been in the area when a group of white men tried to pull his car over by pounding it with sticks and pelting it with rocks. My dad was half-black, but he just looked black, and the conversation was about him possibly having been a victim of these racist thugs. |

What a horrible story. Why on earth would you want to say such things? Even pretending to "stab people in the heart or split their throats", is horrendous. That is NOT normal. You must carry around alot of hatred toward some people. How very sad. |

Do you really think so? That's the mentallity we had as children and all because of the venom the media spewed and rumors of the "illegal aliens". That story doesn't even begin to relate my experience or the reasons I have taken the position I have chosen. It is why it irritates me that tweety should say it is because I am genetically like them. I wasn't raised to like them. I grew up loathing them until I was 19 years old (9 years ago) and even then I still had some trouble understanding the problems they faced. I was just like you guys. I thought it was easy for them and that they just wanted a free ride. God works in mysterious ways and I believe he put me to the test so I could open my eyes and be understanding. He taught me the hard way to walk in their shoes, to not cast the first stone of judgement, and to listen not only with my ears, but with my eyes and my heart. These people are just like us, regardless of their status. They are not pawns or items to be manhandled just because Mexico should be responsible for them and we don't want them and they don't want to go back. You know what's happening right? We're tearing these people apart. What I did in the past is what the anti's are doing today. They may not be splitting throats or stabbing hearts physically, but they may as well be doing just that by calling them names, treating them like unwanted items, deporting them and seperating their families and calling their American born children the hatefull word "anchor babies". To my knowledge, I didn't hurt anyone in the past, and I'm not about to start doing it now. Holding hatred towards someone would mean not giving a darn about what happens to them just because they are not "our responsibility". Holding hatred towards someone would mean not caring about their children and their families. Holding hatred towards someone would mean spreading malicious lies and spreading fear of them so that others can hold hatred too. I hold no hatred towards anyone, but it saddens me to know that others innocently and foolishly do. |

Funny isn't it butterbean, how the pro-illegals and their supporters like to live in the past like it was some kind of measuring stick of today, isnt' it? By the way, when were the Nazi's in control of this country? First I ever heard of that. Sure racism was alive and well back then, but what has that to do with today? Not that their isn't racism today which is evidenced how Hispanics are favoring illegal aliens of their own ethnicity over the rest of the American people and their country but Whites and Blacks have come a long ways from the old racism days.
I don't hate any ethnicity of people and most Americans do not either in this day and age. I do hate the racism that Hispanics are displaying in this country today though. We just want immigrants of all colors and ethnicities to come to our country will the proper papers. If it is difficult for some reason that doesn't mean you should be able to just do it anyway without papers. One of the reasons we have to control immigration for example in quotas and numbers is so that it doesn't increase our population too much, that we have jobs for all that want to come and that assimilation occurs. Thre is no hate of legal immigrants in this country. |
