Coal burning power plants that are in China are having an enviromental impact here in the United States. Satellites have followed a toxic cloud of soot from China to the U.S west coast where they are finding filters soiled by the pollutant.

Maybe Al Gore can go give them a firm talking to and explain the dangers of global warming to them. After all dont they owe him for some missle technology he sold to them?
