Ford Motors is spending over a Billion to build plants in Mexico....after their mass layoffs of American workers.
The Detroit Free Press broke the story this morning. |

| There are quite a few American companies operating in Mexico. Yet, the citizens of Mexico STILL have to cross the border to earn decent wages due to Mexico's corrupt government. I'm sure that Vicente Fox's meeting with Microsoft's Bill Gates and other US business entities last month was to entice them to open up shops in Mexico. |

| US citizens should stop purchasing Ford Motor Company's products! If these American companies moving to Mexico and other foreign countries start to feel the loss of $$$, then maybe it will set an example to other companies. |

| We should just declare war on Mexico and be done with it! That way we could round up all the Mexican nationals as war criminals and ship them to Guantanamo Bay. Let the Cubans deal with them. |

Its not just Ford. Other auto companies also operate factories in Mexico. When the North American Free Trade Act passed, many large U.S. corporations took advantage of the Free trade which allows manufactored goods to be imported from Mexico tax free.
There are about 1,800 factories just South of the border that are owned and operated by US companies. Hundreds of thousands of Americans have lost their jobs as US companies have closed factories in the USA and opened factories in Mexico. The USA had already done enough for Mexico, without letting the Mexicans pour into the USA to take away the remaining jobs that Americans have. |
