GREELEY --
Hundreds of families are torn apart in Colorado after an Immigration and Customs Enforcement raid in Greeley Tuesday.
Wednesday, families were facing the reality of losing a mother, a father or another relative to the deportation process.
Ignacio Garcia says his wife Loures Loya was voluntarily deported to Nogales, Mexico at about 6:00 a.m. Wednesday morning. She then took a bus to her hometown of Juarez.
She leaves her husband and two children behind, a 16-year-old boy and 13-year-old girl. Garcia says his daughter is taking it the hardest.
"They're sad,” explains Garcia. “My daughter, all day was crying a lot and all night she was crying. She couldn't sleep because she was thinking of her--thinking she'll never see her again."
