WASHINGTON (AP) -- The U.S. population is on target to hit 300 million this fall and it's a good bet the milestone baby - or immigrant - will be Hispanic.

LOL i was just going to post the same thing. You watch it will be a anchor baby. Even if they have to lie about it. They will make sure it is. Politicians and all.
