(AP) WILMINGTON, Del. An illegal immigrant from Guatemala who is wanted on an out-of-state child rape charge, has been arrested in Wilmington.
Forty-one-year-old Manuel Perez Hernandez is accused of raping a 7-year-old girl in Florida last September.
U.S. Marshals in Delaware caught up with Hernandez Friday night just blocks from a home where he'd been staying in Seaford.
Hernandez at first told the marshals his name was Samuel Lopez, and produced a fake I-D and Social Security card to back up his story, but came clean after several minutes of questioning.
Hernandez is now in the Howard Young Prison, pending extradition to Florida.
