The Cape Cod wind Project that was proposed for the Nantucket sound will more than likely be wiped out due to some back room deals in Washington.

Apparently the Congress will vote soon on wether or not this project is a go, but as the article says Senator Ted Kennedy does not want this wind farm to happen.
