I think I may have figured out the deal with being notified by the board about a reply to your post. Everytime you make a post you need to make sure that the "notify when a reply is posted" button is checked. I checked bootsie's and noticed it wasn't checked(so I checked it for you Bootsie).
I think what is happening is that if you check it the first time and then post at another time and forget to check it, then it stops notifying you.
Thats my theory anyway.

Thanks, Patriot. I thought if you checked it in your profile, it automatically notified you every time you posted.
I've had the same problem that you are having, BBean. Sometimes, I will have posted a response and, when I hit Submit, the site seems to go down and I lose my whole response. It will only stay down for a minute or two. I've also had it happened when I follow a link from my email that OCCASIONALLY, I will get the "this page can't be displayed" message. But, if I wait a couple of minutes and retry, it will work fine. I just figured maybe it was from more traffic than usual??? |

It stopped. Everything I tried to post got hung up, and then I would get logged off and the message "this page cannot be displayed" or something close.
It working fine now. |

Thats a rearlly cute pig. It reminds me of one of those "sock dolls" my mother would sew for me, from one of my father's old socks that didnt have a match. |

| Thank you, Bbean. It DOES remind you of one of those. Wonder if anyone ever makes that kind of thing anymore or do they just go to the Wal-Mart and buy a new one? |

| My son really DID have a pet pig who turned into a HOG. What's left of ole Pork Chop is in the freezer! It was "his time to go to his reward" in HOG HEAVEN. |
