ALERT – CAPS will deliver your comments to the immigration hearing in San Diego!

The House of Representatives will hold the first of several field hearings on immigration on Wednesday, July 5th at 9:00 AM at the Imperial Beach Border Patrol Station at 1802 Saturn Boulevard, San Diego, CA. CAPS will be at the hearing and, if you send your written comments to us, CAPS will print them and deliver them at the hearing.

The topic of the hearing is "Border Vulnerabilities and International Terrorism" so you may wish to focus on that aspect, but feel free to include other comments including your concerns over the huge population increase that would be effected by the Senate immigration bill.

If you can attend the hearing in person, please do so, but we realize that it’s not possible for most of you. It is, however, essential that Congress hears our demands for securing the borders, enforcing our laws at the workplace, and rejection of amnesty and guestworker plans.

What better way to honor our freedom, independence, and history on this 4th of July holiday than to take a few moments to share your thoughts on preserving this country! Please send your comments, including your name and address, to info@capsweb.org by 5 p.m. on the 4th and we will deliver them to the hearing.

Dear Fellow Countrymen:

I am writing in regards to the impending hearings on boarder security and Terror within our international waters.

My first and foremost concerns regarding our countries security is the extreme negligence and pandering that has taken place with our countries boarders. Our country is not up for sale or to the squatters of the world. The Mexican government and extremist groups here in the USA that are affiliated with both Mexico and the Bush administration, have in fact acted upon an invasion our our country. I have read the USA's definition and codes on terrorism. I have gone down threw the list of what our government defines as acts of terrorism within our boarders. It is clearly defined and clearly our situation at this moment in history indicates we are a nation at war within our own country with an invading force. Threw months of turmoil and debate over this issue, Our president has chosen to ignore his oath to this country, its security, and to protect Americans and all of their rights as Americans. I have also read the governments definition of treason. We the people will no longer remain the silent masses. We the people refuse to submit to a foreign nations unlawful invasion. We the people will no longer support those within our own government that do not clearly recognize and follow the Will of the People.

Strong words maybe. However to the People of America it no longer appears that our elected officials have not acted in our country and constitution's in their best interests. We have greatly suffered for years, while watching our medical go up, our taxes go up, our neighborhoods destroyed, our education system disentagrate We longer longer give any permission or consent for our taxes to be used in funding this invasion and terrorism. We will longer pay for another illegal child s education in 1-12 or college level. We will longer allow our taxes to pay their medical expenses. We will no longer pay for food, clothing and lodging of any illegal in our country. We will no longer step aside from the few jobs left in our country, for an illegal to work. We will no longer be discriminated against in the job market for not speaking Spanish. We will no longer accept that illegal criminals run our streets, Rapping our children and daughters or wives. Robbing , home invasions, American Ranchers bearing great loss to property, livestock, and equipment. Stealing American Identity for illegal access to jobs.

Completely secure our boarders. Implement and enforce employer sanctions, large fines, and imprisonment for hiring illegal aliens. Cut off all tax paid assistance . Deport threw attrition and INS apprehensions. Expansions of employment and investigations of INS departments. And protect our constitutional rights and our children s rights to the bounties this country garentees it's citizens.

Wonderful, wonderful letter, Dream! I hope they get tons of letters letting them know how we feel. Here's mine:
Dear Sirs,
As an American citizen, I am apalled by what is going on at our southern border! Almost 5 years after 9/11 and that border is more pourous than ever. I have heard the argument over and over that the people coming across that border are not terrorists, they are just coming to work. How do we know that? We do not even know who these people are! The terrorists were here learning to fly airplanes, or at least that's what we thought. Then, look what happened. Thousands died because someone failed to do their job and find those men who were here on expired VISA's and deport them!
I am speaking for many when I say that we are fed up! We want both of those borders secured and NOW. We do not want to take the chance that 9/11 may happen again. We feel like our government and the system has let us down and continues to do so. Despite the fact that the American citizens have been screaming for border security since that horrible day, no one has listened, or at least a very few have. We are hated all over the world by these terrorist groups and I believe that if illegal aliens can come across our border by the MILLIONS and not get caught, WHY can't a terrorist do so?
Which brings me to another subject: illegal immigration. We want it stopped! We DO NOT want amnesty granted to those who have already broken our laws!!! Those people took to our streets in the millions and I read the signs, some which said, "F**K THE LAW", and "This is STOLEN LAND". And to top it off, carried foreign flags above the upside down American flag, totally showing that disrespect for our flag, our country, and our laws!
Secure those borders, deport those who are here illegally, and GIVE US OUR COUNTRY BACK!
