The Mardi Gras festival has been going on down in New Orleans despite the damage that still remains down in the ninth ward. I think there is a couple of things that can be done here. First cut off the financial aid to one or more of the countries who hate us and spend it down in Mississippi and Louisiana on Katrina clean up. Second, the Governer who is down their saying it will take all of America to rebuild, should go down to the festival and round up some of the freaks and goofballs that are there and put them to work.
