WARREN COUNTY — Shots were fired at a Hamilton Twp. construction site
in Warren County Friday and the owner of a construction company beaten
in retaliation for the firing of an undocumented worker, according to

Hamilton Twp. police.

Police responded to a “shots fired” call around 1 p.m., in which the
male caller told them “Mexicans were shooting at him.”

Two men were injured, according to police, after the man who earlier
had been fired from a construction company allegedly returned with
about eight other men — armed with three handguns and several baseball
bats.

Hamilton Twp. Police Lt. Jeff Braley said police are looking for a
“vehicle of interest” — a white Chevrolet SUV with Ohio license
“CDGOMEZ.”

Braley said he believes the suspects have been residing in the city of
Hamilton, although investigators say they have not been able to fully
identify the suspects.

According to police, the suspects arrived and rammed the construction
foreman’s truck with their vehicle, jumped out and damaged the truck
with baseball bats, then sought out the foreman and rushed him. At
that time they displayed the handguns and fired 10 to 12 shots in the
direction of the foreman and another employee, James Parsons Jr., who
was coming to the foreman’s aid.

Parsons was struck multiple times with a baseball bat, police said.
The suspects re-entered their white SUV and fled the scene, police
said.

Parsons was taken to the hospital with multiple injuries. The foreman
was treated at the scene for minor injuries.

A construction company supervisor said the incident began when a
worker at the 21 Oaks subdivision construction site off U.S. 22/Ohio 3
was asked to produce paperwork to prove he was a legal immigrant. When
he failed to produce the paperwork, he was fired.

Butler County Sheriff Richard K. Jones, who has mounted an aggressive
campaign to rid the county of illegal immigrants, said he had not
received any official information about the incident in Warren County.

Based on media reports, Jones said it appeared the employer was doing
what the law required in terms of hiring documented workers.

“However, it doesn’t really matter whether the suspects are legal
immigrants or not — it’s against the law to attack another person.
That’s a crime that should not be taken lightly,” Jones said. “Legal
or not, shame on them for that.”

Just a preview of what's to come. Illegals think that we owe them something and since their marches, they believe we have no power to do anything. Well, they also have so many backing them, our elected officals(traitors) looking for votes. The illegals have forgotten one thing, there's ALOT MORE of us American citizens who want them deported than there are politicians and businesses who want them here! We will not back down in this battle, either. Wrong is wrong and the illegals are wrong and the people supporting them are wrong, too!

Sat on the porch the other day. Watched a couple truck loads of them pulling into town. Looked like the darn beverly hillbillies. Word has it at the coffee shop down town they moved here from Georgia. Looks to me like they are fanning out and jumping from state to state now. Probly looken for lack law enforcement. I 'll be stopping to have a word with the sheriff later today. They'll get no welcome wagon here.

I am seeing more and more illegals moving into my area from other states. NC needs to stop giving them DL's and other benefits. I saw an advertisment the other day for a Spanish newspaper that said, "Read By Over 800,000 Hispanics In NC". I thought the newspapers said NC only had about 400,000 illegals. I wonder how many of those 800,000 are illegal? Probably most of them but no one would ever admit. Rolling Eyes

This is serious. How can anyone respect the law, when they come from such corrupt countries?

The problem is that those 8 or 9 illegals ( I figure all of them are altho the article didn't say so) will never be arrested, never be tried, never pay a penalty for what they did.

I think this story should go NATIONAL in a hurry. It should be on Dobbs so more Americans can get a better idea of what we're dealing with. It will get worse mainly b/c of their anonymity. All those stolen identities offer protection for them.

Anyone advocating MORE illegals in this country is totally insane and unfamiliar with their modus operendi.

I am really ticked. The news media is sooooo busy reporting every single rocket fired by Israel or Hezbollah that we're not getting any news about anything else.

I always wonder what they have on the back burner just waiting for incidents like this to hold our attention while they pull some more legislative ca-rap on us.

And, with all of the HORRORS going on all over the world and RIGHT HERE IN OUR OWN COUNTRY, what, prey tell, does the Senate choose to debate and vote on this week---EMBRYONIC STEM CELL RESEARCH. Now, don't get me wrong--this is a very important issue but WHERE are our representatives when the whole world is caving in around us??? Do they honestly not have anything better to do with OUR time than debate some issue that is just, in the big picture, so insignificant??? Honestly, it is NO WONDER this country is so messed up.
