The GOP has filed suit to remove the CP candidate from the ballot in the Third Congressional District Race. They are also trying to remove the Libertarian Party candidate in the same race with the same suit. They pulled a similar trick in '08 to remove the same Libertarian candidate and succeeded. They have a much weaker case this time, but you never know what the courts will do.

I wonder who these two nameless Republicans were? Conservatives need to realize no one trust them either.
One wasn't nameless, he was the Vice-Chairman of the Jefferson County GOP. The other was brain-damaged.
The whole affair was bizarre beyond all understanding and fell apart quicker than a cobweb in a hurricane. KY politics can be a bit strange.
How on God's green Earth could they have thought this would turn out OK for them?
