Ballot Access
Where do we stand now in Missouri? Do we have to start all over with getting signatures to gain ballot access again?

RE: Ballot Access
PA never gained access this year. So they will have to petition for ballot access next election.

RE: Ballot Access
Though we more than doubled our vote total, it was still only 0.3%. We need 2%. Fortunately 5,000 signatures is not an outrageous barrier.

RE: Ballot Access
What I could say about ballot access would get me in a heap of trouble in a public forum. I will leave it at this: as long as the two dominant unconstitutional parties, along with their "laws" and so-called presidential debate commission, are tolerated by the people (sheeple), complete ballot access for the CP is wishful thinking. What is really required cannot be openly discussed.

RE: Ballot Access
The CP retained ballot access in 20 states this year. That is the most ever after a Presidential election.

RE: Ballot Access
Does Pennsylvania have to start from scratch or can we use the signatures we already have?

RE: Ballot Access
I have always wondered if one access form had the legal language and dates, why couldn't you petition for the next two election dates with just one form??? Why not the next three or four? BEAT the crooks and save paper, time and money at the same time!!!

They have us at an EXTREME disadvantage with the ballot access laws as they are. With a record number of states currently possessed by the CP things are already brighter for '10 and beyond.
