Those who will profit from crashing the dollar. All any of us have to do is follow the money. Bankrupting the USA will take us from being a financial superpower to having no choice but to follow.

Following is not a role American has played. We do not need anyone, we can be self sufficient as we have been in the past but the idea of America giving up sovereignty in exchange for interdependence? That is a Global idea.

If you want to force American to join the global movement, find a way to make Americans beg for their bread. Destroy the dollar first and the rest of the pieces will fall into place. We need to rediscover the meaning of treason. Presently, most Americans who have never read or understood the constitution feel the need to make a bold display of their ignorance by telling we who have read it and understand it the meaning of it.

And some of these find themselves in the American Media!

Do you think you’ll be heard better in a stadium or in a living room? The truth is that one city on the Potomac cannot effectively or fairly govern a Nation of 300 million people. The needs and desires of the people of Alaska are different than the people of Florida; they are different from the people of Wyoming, and so on. Every state can better govern itself because every state is unique. Our Constitution, through the tenth amendment, protects the ability of every state to govern itself. Plus, there are countless documents of our Founders that ensure the belief that we are a Nation of free and independent states. Federal spending decreases as we increase the states’ abilities to govern themselves without federal oversight. If you read the Federalist and anti-Federalist Papers, you can see what our Founders envisioned.

In Federalist Paper #45, it was said, “The powers delegated by the proposed Constitution to the federal government are few and defined. Those which are to remain in the State governments are numerous and indefinite. The former will be exercised principally on external objects, as war, peace, negotiation, and foreign commerce; with which last the power of taxation will, for the most part, be connected. The powers reserved to the several States will extend to all the objects which, in the ordinary course of affairs, concern the lives, liberties, and properties of the people, and the internal order, improvement, and prosperity of the State.”

It’s very simple to explain. Read Article 1, Section 8 of our Constitution – if Congress is trying to do something that does not fall into this list, then they are overstepping their boundaries and their actions are therefore unconstitutional. As it says in the tenth amendment, any issue or duty that has not been given to Congress by the Constitution – and that hasn’t been forbidden by the Constitution – is an issue for the States and the People to decide. It’s plain and simple.

My newest essay is about recognizing our right of last resort - secession. If it meant keeping the Constitution or losing it forever, how far would you have to be pushed?

I`m a proud native of the sovereign state of Alabama. I now reside in the the sovereign state of New York. I agree with the absolute right to secede. Now what?
You are on a Constitution Party forum. We support the Constitution, and
the states rights. Now what? I support the right to secede. I`m consistent. The reason the Constitution Party exists is for these United States Constitution. My belief in the right to secede is unchanging, but from another view,"Is it right to secede?" We are in an arguable flawed union. I ask that everyone that posts as you do,"What is the better way?",and ""Have YOU personally joined your state and national party and set such an example of serving leadership so that our party will be the force that gets it done?" Enough talk. Join. Work. Recruit. Inspire by your own example within a party to which you should be working with a GUT BURN! What one DOES speaks louder than what he speaks. God Family Republic

RE: Enforce the Tenth Amendment
Most people I have talked to think the movers and shakers in Washington D.C. are making these moves because of stupidity. That somehow they cannot read and understand the constitution.

The can read it and they understand it well. They feel threatened by common citizen having that many rights and freedoms. They feel the need to curtail them and they are using their vast knowledge of constitutional law to do just that.

The dogs are eating the children's food.

Actually no. If their was a giant thirst to return to the constitution, most of today's politician might find that they were in the condition you described above.

One American group that could knock the legs out from under the "Un-American" globalists is the US military and police. But the average US citizen has got to realize that it is unlawful for the military to be pushing We the People around. It is unlawful for the police to push We the People around and searching us in our cars or homes once required a search warrant, but Homeland Security ended that. If the politicians in our government looked up and found the military on the side of the people, what could they do? Order the UN forces to push us back into our cubicles? If I were a member of the UN military and was ordered to control Americans with the American military on the side of the people.......I might just think twice about that. Can you imagine someone from Belgium wanting to take on armed Americans, and a good part of that being veterans and even active military? I bet the UN would cave in and blow away.

The Constitution supersedes any law no matter how many signatures have signed these "laws". We are a Constitutional Republic after all! If the military and police are being ordered to do unconstitutional things, they have the right and duty to refuse to do it. We can win this thing, and if we do we will once again be the lone standout of the world. Americans might once again be admired for standing up to anyone that dared to try to turn them into cattle to be butchered. But it all starts by exposing the contrast between the Constitution and our present form of Government that is unconstitutional at the very core starting with the issuance of money that is manipulable in value and far too printable to trust the government with.

We are going to have to expose them for what they are and this in NEVER going to be done by voting in anti constitutional incumbents. We are going to have to turn Washington DC and state governments into revolving doors where you get one shot at doing it right and if you violate the constitution once...you are fired! If anyone wants a career in politics, it will either happen as a Constitutionalists or they are gone. If they respect the constitution we vote them in for another round. As soon as they violate that, they are fired. Politics needs to become an unattractive, unprofitable and unsustainable occupation for the ambitious of the world.
It might force the wealthy back into manufacturing again, right now it is just too easy for them to write their own government paychecks.

One state pulling out of the Union because of the Unconstitutional Federal Government coupled with an audit of the Fed might be enough to provoke Americans to pull their heads out of the sand and start paying attention. But if Americans are waiting for Texas to be the first? You might as well forget that. Texans don't own these businesses anymore. Texans tend to sell out and reward themselves with a long vacation. Ask anyone that worked for Mrs. Baird Bread. The Baird family had some of the loyalist employees in the world! So what did they do? They sold out to Bimbo foods, a Mexican company.
