Virginia is a great place for ALL patriots to make a peaceful, neighborly, Christian valued, and POWERFUL remedy upon those official who, by actions under the color of law, knowingly and willingly defy their obligatory allegiance to our Constitutions and obedience to our duly authorized laws such that their actions are criminal as established by Virginia’s statutory regard of their public official record.
It is quite easy to establish probable cause for a grand jury indictment for under the VFOIA statutory preponderance of evidence where the statutory burden of proof is laid upon the officers of the government who are “resisting the execution of the laws under the color of its authority and “wrongfully using or adulterating” the public records of the duly authorized law that they “received by virtue of their office” to administer those laws to their sovereign people in the several nature of the persons in that people ( Ca1s15, Ca1s11 ). Virginia’s statutes also make it equally easy to reach any persons who combined in those felonies, whether by incident or as before or after accessories.
Please take note of the Code of Virginia and its utility in establishing righteous obedience in our government officials. Please be particular in traversing the law as presented in the hypelinks to the “Petition for Redress of Grievances” :

Ø VA§ 19.2-191 “Functions of a grand jury”. . .”(2) To investigate and report on any condition that involves or tends to promote criminal activity, either in the community or by any governmental authority, agency or official thereof. ”. . .”

Ø VA§ 19.2-200. “Duties of grand jury. The grand jury shall inquire of and present ALL felonies”. . .”committed within the jurisdiction of the respective courts wherein it is sworn”. . .”

§ 18USC1341. Frauds and swindles

and how Virginia and Virginia’s laws can be used to reach every such felony in every state and the District of Columbia in that Virginia courts must enforce federal law as well as Virginia law. All violations of Federal law, as modified by Virginia law, can be trapped and enforced in Virginia courts.

Of course this assumes that we can find a Virginia sheriff who obeys his oath of office.

Given the light of your attentions and persuasions I believe that Virginia Beach Sheriff-elect and Senator Ken Stolle will easily find the duty written upon his heart by his creator as that has been the Honorable Ken Stolle’s visible custom for many years. He is a man to take whatever next step towards righteousness that God lays upon his heart – particularly when his mind is lead to see the practicality of that next step.
As much as those who gather here are the friends of our Constitutions they will find that their attentions upon Virginia can bear rich fruit in the immediate future.
