Introduction to State Sovereignty
This is the first of a great series of articles by Randall C. Stufflebeam, Chairman of the Constitution Party of Illinois. HOUSE JOINT MEMORIAL 4009 was introduce in this session of the Washington State Legislature by Representatives Shea, Klippert, Condotta, Kretz, Anderson, McCune, and Kristiansen. It was referred to Committee on State Government & Tribal Affairs. Please contact your representative to check on the progress of this Memorial. The Constitution Party of Washington supports this legislation.
