Obamacare sparking 10th Amendment rebellion, action in seven states

I think the House want these buyouts out of the eventual bill. My argument is if one state can opt out of not paying parts of the bill, shouldn't every state deserve that option? The end I think is that no one state can have these types of incentives and if we all go in, we all have to go in equally.

I guess you guys are not too happy about your universal health care system. I don't blame you. Even Canada doesn't have our health care system managed at the federal level.

And it is going to be enforced by the IRS? How does an American President sign a bill only to send it to the senate for corrections? So now the IRS is being issued weapons.

Vega needs to read the 10th amendment and realize the Federal Government is an extension of the State Governments in the US. This idea that we are either all in or all out is a modern idea that has nothing to do with the constitution. It is more like Marxism.

We don't know, and that is the beauty of it. It might change from state to state depending on the needs of each state. I am sure that states who have a huge native American population might have to taylor a plan different than that of a state that is agriculture driven.

Or better yet, why don't we Americans admit to ourselves we taxpayers might be footing the bill for every illegal alien working in the USA? I guess citizens forgot about that point and after all this arm twisting of the House buy Obama, the bill still does not address this problem and our boarders are wide open.

It was a great winter Olympics. Canada beat the U.S.A in Men's hockey (and Women's hockey too).
