As to your question above... the situation is still unresolved. The current slate of officers recognized by the CA Secretary of State are NOT aligned with the national Constitution Party. That may change before the 2012 elections. If you are not yet registered to vote I would recommend you register Constitution Party (which I believe you will have to write in on the registration form) since the party will need all the registrants it can get if it fails to regain control of the AIP.
