27 to 50 in x months !!! How about it ?
Baldwin/Castle Ticket Sets Constitution Party Record in 27 States in ’08
by Richard Winger http://www.ballot-access.org The Constitution Party has run a presidential candidate in each of the last five presidential elections. In 2008, its presidential nominee, Chuck Baldwin, polled a higher percentage of the vote than any previous Constitution Party presidential candidate had ever polled in 27 states. Those 27 states are: Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Utah, Vermont, Washington, West Virginia, and Wyoming. We need to work on Texas, California, New York, New Jersey etc... Any takers ?? |

However since 21 states are threatening seccession if martial law is declared on the Federal-level getting the Constitution Party on the ballot should be a lot easier. |

What would be needed for N.Y. state? If you're not running in all states then why bother. I was very excited about voting for Chuck Baldwin untill I found out that he wasen't on the ballot. Really if we want to make a run for it then we need to start now.

Texas HB 820 which amends the current ballot access laws to make it more equitable for ALL candidates and political parties has been refered to committee. Every Texan, or constitutionalist with friends in Texas, needs to be notified of this so they can flood the ELECTION COMMITTEE with calls to support this bill, and follow it through the process until it becomes law.
