I suggest we use this forum to get on the ballot in all 50 states so Ron Paul has a party to go to should the Republicans outcaste him.

Yes, I am about to get sick of Texas. There are not enough American Citizens left to get it done anymore!

50 state ballot status isn't all that it's cracked up to be. Oklahoma and North Carolina are so difficult that the expense of undertaking the ballot access drives just isn't worth it. A serious 46 state effort accomplishes just about the same thing at far less cost. While I agree that 50 state (and DC) ballot status sounds really good it hasn't been accomplished since 2000 by any alternative party. The other two states that might prove too tough are Texas (where Dr. Paul could probably get the Libertarian line) and California if the court rules in favor of the Keyes faction. With proper planning even CA could be done without the AIP. Depending on who the Libertarians nominate many state parties might prefer Ron Paul which might provide an excellent fusion opportunity for both parties.
