Where in the Constitution is the US Supreme Court given authority to "interpret" ...
the Constitution?
I certainly can not find it anywhere. So, are they usurping this authority?

They dont care what the Constitution states pertaining to the Supreme Court.
These activist judges have used the courts to legislate from the bench for years. Remember ROE V.WADE ? Our founders would be disgusted at the farce these judges have made of our courts...especially the Supreme Court.
