Where in the Constitution is the US Supreme Court given authority to "interpret" ...
the Constitution?
I certainly can not find it anywhere. So, are they usurping this authority? Sorry about the bad spelling in the first post - please ignore. |

They dont care what the Constitution states pertaining to the Supreme Court.
These activist judges have used the courts to legislate from the bench for years. Remember ROE V.WADE ? Our founders would be disgusted at the farce these judges have made of our courts...especially the Supreme Court. |
