Constitution Party of Washington Platform - State Sovereignty Plank, abridged
Tenth Amendment:The powers not delegated to the United States Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”
The federal republic was created by joint action of the several states. It has been gradually perverted into a socialist machine for federal control in the domestic affairs of the states. The federal government has no authority to mandate policies relating to state education, natural resources, transportation, private business, housing, health care, ad infinitum. We call upon the states to reclaim their legitimate role in federal affairs and legislation, thus causing the federal government to divest itself of operations not authorized by the Constitution and extract the federal government from such enterprises, whether or not they compete with private enterprises.

I went to the rally for State Sovereignty at the state capitol on the 14th of January (2010) and it was raining very hard,...maybe 200 people were there. Support this measure!

We need more CP representation!

The government works for me. I do not answer to them; they answer to me!

There were five of us there from the CPofWA. Too bad we didn't see you, or maybe we did and didn't know it. Thanks for posting and thanks for taking the time to show up!

I did see some of us in your pictures, although we are very far away. I saw Al Schaefer though. I met him for the first time there. We have spoken and emailed with the Washington State Tenth Amendment Coalition. In picture three, look at the number 9 in 2009 then see a person in a red coat then look straight up the steps towards the second column from the left. You will see me holding a sign in that line of sight, the last one on that row of steps. To the left is one of our guys from Snohomish County, to his left is our state chairman from Spokane. One more is up leaning against the first column on the left in a white coat.
Thanks for posting them!
