State Sovereignty - Summary

The topic that started the discussion into the repeal of the 16th and 17th Amendments started with states beginning to declare their sovereignty.

YES!! I believe that it is beyond time that states declare their Constitutional Sovereignty.

YES!! I believe that these resolutions are an important beginning.

BUT!! I also believe it is not enough to just simple give lip service to state Sovereignty by passing resolutions. States must actually become Constitutionally Sovereign. There is only way to do. The States have to no longer depend on the federal government for support, but put the federal government back into the position of depending on the states for support.
